It was an organisation with a great story to tell, it just wasn’t sure the best way to tell it. Operating in a crowded market with some sophisticated competition, it was also living in the shadow of a dated and no longer relevant hostel image, an image they needed to shake off. It needed to re-define its brand, specifically to bring it up to date for its core target audience.
A strategic brand positioning exercise of market and customer research plus a collaborative workshop with their multi-national staff led to the creation of a new set of brand values, a strategic positioning and a meaningful key proposition. This enabled the creation of a fantastic and striking corporate identity, a new consumer friendly and commercially dynamic website and other integrated communications.
